Our goal is to prepare and dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order. Purchases made on Thursday evening and Friday are usually shipped the next Monday. Kindly wait up to 10 business days prior to reaching out to customer service.

Please verify your item, email, and shipping address are accurate before finalizing your order. We are unable to modify orders after they are placed. After items are shipped, we cannot be held accountable for orders sent to an incorrect address.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you with the tracking number for your shipment.

Your shipping charges include insurance fees.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders shipped within the continental United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail, usually arriving in 1-4 days. Additionally, for tracking and estimated delivery times, please consult your specific shipping notification.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, we use USPS First Class International Mail or DHL Express as shipping options. When placing an international order, proceed as usual and our shipping calculator will automatically modify the rate depending on the type of print and destination. Delivery time frames differ based on the destination. Refer to the automated shipping notification for your order to access tracking details and estimated delivery times. Delivery durations can vary by country, generally spanning from 7 to 21 days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES

Kindly note that your country might impose extra VAT, Import, and Customs fees. We are not liable for any fees or charges levied by customs. Your local customs office may demand payment of import fees upon receipt of your package. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost, stolen, or unclaimed, nor are we responsible for re-producing the contents of these packages.

A package is considered lost if it remains in the postal system for more than 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. While orders typically arrive much sooner, we cannot send a replacement until after these specified periods have passed.

In the event that your item is delivered damaged or flawed, kindly email photos of the affected item(s), the shipping container, and your shipping label to HelloTES1919@gmail.com. This should be done within 14 days of receiving the item.

Retain all damaged items and their packaging for inspection. We cannot take responsibility for items reported as damaged more than 14 days after receipt.

Roll out the print from the kraft paper onto a flat area. As you unroll it, place something heavy on each corner. Make sure these heavy objects are clean and won't transfer any marks onto the print. This helps smooth out the curled edges, making it ready for storage or framing.
